Opening day, July 31st.
Bright Glory General opened on July 31, 2025 at 27228 Michigan Ave in Inkster. After years of trading parts into independent garages and fleet operators across southeast Michigan, we wanted an operation we'd trust to call ourselves.
We spent two years quietly building the sourcing network before we ever signed the lease. By the time we opened, we could put our hands on 20,000+ part numbers within 72 hours — without tying capital up in dead stock.
The first month: 118 trade quotes, 42 shipped orders, and relationships with seven repair networks that are still with us today.

2019
An idea, on a napkin.
After a decade trading parts into southeast Michigan's independent repair network, our founders started comparing notes. The same gap kept showing up: no trade supplier you could trust for odd-year, hard-to-find inventory.
2022
Network-first, shelves-second.
Rather than leasing a warehouse, we spent two years building relationships across the Great Lakes and three countries overseas — the foundation of the sourcing network today.
2025
Operation opens on Michigan Ave.
Bright Glory General opens as a trade-only wholesaler on July 31, 2025. First month: 118 quotes, 42 shipments, seven new repair-network accounts.

Growing the catalog, keeping the discipline.
