Who we are
Bright Glory General ("we," "us," "our") is a wholesale auto spare parts trader operating from 27228 Michigan Ave, Inkster, MI 48141, USA. By using this website, opening a trade account, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Trade-only account
Our services are offered exclusively to business customers: repair shops, independent garages, auto dealers, fleet operators, exporters, and other automotive trade participants. By opening an account, you represent and warrant that you are purchasing in the course of a business and not as a consumer.
We reserve the right to verify your trade status and to decline, suspend, or close any account at our sole discretion.
Quotes & orders
All quotes are estimates based on current inventory, market prices, and stated lead times. Quotes are valid for seven (7) days from issue unless otherwise noted. Availability and price are not guaranteed until an order is accepted in writing (email confirmation counts).
We may decline any order. If we do, we will notify you within one business day and refund any payment already received.
Pricing & payment
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless explicitly stated.
- Standard accounts — payment due at order placement by card (Stripe) or ACH.
- Net-30 accounts — available to approved trade partners after credit review. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue. Overdue balances accrue 1.5% per month or the maximum legal rate, whichever is lower.
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not see or store your full card number.
Shipping & risk of loss
Shipping terms, carriers, and timelines are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are FOB Inkster, Michigan — title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the goods to the carrier.
Warranty
Inventory is covered by our written warranty, as described in our Returns & Warranty Policy. In short: a minimum 12-month warranty on wholesale inventory (unless otherwise stated on the invoice), covering defects in material and workmanship on parts sold as new or reconditioned.
Used parts carry a 90-day serviceability warranty unless explicitly sold "as-is."
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, ALL GOODS ARE SOLD WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Returns
Returns, RMAs, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Warranty Policy. Some items — including electrical components that have been installed, airbag-system parts, and special-order inventory — are non-returnable.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, branding, and layout — is owned by Bright Glory General or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of it without our written permission.
Trademarks of vehicle manufacturers referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, an order, or a product is limited to the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, downtime, or loss of business — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes & contact
We may update these Terms. When we make a material change, we will email every trade account on file thirty (30) days in advance and update the "Effective" date above.
