Who we are

Bright Glory General is a wholesale auto spare parts trader at 27228 Michigan Ave, Inkster, MI 48141. This policy covers our website, trade desk, and supplier network.

What we collect

  • Trade account details — business name, contact, phone, email, tax ID, and shipping address when you open an account.
  • Vehicle / part info — year, make, model, VIN, and part numbers on each quote request.
  • Order history — what we sold you, when, at what price, under which terms.
  • Payment details — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Net-30 accounts are billed by ACH.
  • Site behavior — page visits, referrer, approximate location (from IP), and device type.

Why we collect it

To confirm fitment, process payment, ship your order, and honor the warranty. That's it. We do not sell personal or business data to advertisers or data brokers — ever.

Cookies & analytics

Two cookies are strictly necessary (session state and quote cart). One is first-party analytics (Plausible — no personal identifiers). No Facebook Pixel, no Google remarketing tags.

How we store it

Your data lives on US-based servers under industry-standard encryption. Internal access is limited to the four full-time staff who need it. Trade invoices: seven years. Quote-request data: twenty-four months. Marketing list: until you unsubscribe.

Who we share with

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers — shipping labels and tracking.
  • Sourcing partners — part numbers and fitment only (no personal or account info).
  • Law enforcement — only with a valid court order.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete what we hold about your account at any time. Email privacy@brightglory.auto — we reply within five business days.

Changes & contact

When we change this policy materially, we email every trade account on file thirty days in advance and update the date above. Questions? Write to the address at the top of this page.
